Few details have been released and the general whereabouts of the Waterfronts Councilman are currently unknown, leading many to speculate about his well being. The situation has particularly drawn significant attention from those living in the slums of the Waterfront District, as many question if they will have to pay their taxes this year, while others fear that this means that those in power have been assassinated or been captured by the Upper City.

We’re supposed to hold our breath? The Upper City’s got everyone wringing their hands, wondering if the big man got snatched or put in the dirt. If he’s dead, good riddance. If FoxTec or VestraTech put him in a cage, even better—let 'em eat each other for once. They leave us to rot in the slums every day of the week, so don't expect us to start a search party now that the tables turned. If the councilman's gone, all it means to us is one less boot on our necks for a week or two. We got our own fires to put out.

There has been no word on Councilman Nemsis' whereabouts from FoxTec or VestraTech at this time.

I do not think it is normal to consistently go without sleep for 24 hours every other day, but I cannot seem to fix it. The room Lance has me in is always very bright.
