The hot spring in Wicc-inn was wonderful! I had a fun time Splish Splashing around. Lots of people looked like fire hydrants for some reason. not sure why.

Honestly, depends on your preference of scenery. Do you want to go into a city or town, go out in nature, or a middle ground find a park. From my experience there is a few places I could recommend, with all three types.

If you visit the dock area off waterfront. You might just catch a boat rental that is still operating, the ocean is quite calm this time of the year compared to the city.

There are locations within waterfront still operating away from direct combat zones, I suggest the Cafe in Zone 7.

Zone 7? Is that the RES? Or Zone 7 in itself? I haven't been there yet. And I work over in Waterfront at the moment.

The Res is within District Zero. Zone 7 itself has a nice cafe.

Have you tried out of zaphira? Keezik recommend Silverkeep. Very nice place with very nice people.
