Does someone know this.. uh "the Res" in District 0? Some residential area.. or something like that. Did hear about a Cafe there... Bob Cafe? Bobby Cafe? Never was in District 0 before. Is it safe there - especially with the recent events? Do they still take blood samples to see if u are a human... and put a collar with a Sender on u if u are not?

Take it from a d0 resident. the Res is very chill and shi. All this negativity talk and stuff is valid, I mean D0 has had some pretty crazy laws for a long ass while about other races. But it seems to be changing for the better. Might aswell try it out and see if you like it or not.

They're still requiring ID at the border, but from what I've seen and read, there's people there to assist with getting a valid ID if you don't already have one. I don't believe there are any collars involved, nor have there ever as I can recall from their policies, but you will want to be cautious about the general lack of mana in that area, if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

They probably still require an id or some shit and that's totally going into a database that totally wont be misused in the future

I have heard that they have lifted the restrictions they had on non-humans, but I don't know if that only applies to those seeking refuge from Upper City. Even if they are all lifted, though, I would be very distrustful of anywhere that had restrictions like that in the first place.

I think what was said was like it's suppressed so you can still cast to a degree. But I would def ask while your there.
