You know, I always get the feeling that someone just lurks around, like lets say a blocked person or someone that searches for others to fanboy over (Metaverse Men my beloved), that goes around the site to see what these people are talking about then relay it to the goon...oh wait we can't call them goons anymore, gotta call them henchmen like the good ol' times.
