Ice Cream Vodka, Apple Cider, Honey Mead, Maple Whiskey, Maple Cream, Disaronno, Midori (Melon Liqueur), Baileys (Salted Caramel specifically), Crown Royal... There's a lot more I could list, but I think this is a good start.

Sake is always solid choice. Its even better with salt mixed in.
