Drain the excess water then blot the water from the pages gently with a clean towel. Fabric or paper. Don't smear the ink or tear the pages. You could prop them open standing straight up in front of a fan. If they're completely waterlogged you may need a different approach.

You'll need to act fast or they'll grow mold and by that point they become practically unsalvageable.
