Mixed feelings recently. Doing Visiting Medical work on the side and dealing with a couple of intense situations medically makes me really grateful that I was there to help on one hand. On the other hand I find myself feeling extra exhausted when I finally travel home and see my fiancé and daughter. Time feels like it slows down for just a couple moments. I feel so greedy. I want more time to hold both of them before heading back out there.
