Everyone's got the capacity to change partner, some folks just aren't willing to put in the effort to make it happen, and some folks just don't have the patience to let 'em.

It's part of why I helped cap remodel STATIC. People can change and I've seen it firsthand. I'm dealing with the former, not the latter. Fucker got a Great Sister waltzing right through our office and now I gotta relocate everyone. Syndicates like the middle don't fuck around. Loose cannons the lot of em. The lives of these men who DO want to change are at risk of never getting that chance.
