If a "foreign" business were to want to offer aid to the Zaphiran cause, say providing necessary supplies for the repair of mechanical things such as Clockworks/Robots or "Mecha", whereabouts would be a safe place to portal in those products? I'm not too comfortable making a direct connection between the City and the Clockworks' pocket dimension, else I'd offer proper delivery.
