I apologize for not taking the time to post what I actually made for dinner last night, as I was shaken up by...other things that occurred. To make up for it, I decided to post what I made for breakfast this morning. Waffles!

Today's dinner: Brisket

For dinner I had proceeded to take the suggestion of @travelingreunion . Which is Dan Dan Noodles! Quite a spicy Chinese dish that I had originally made into a vegetarian version. Here it’s made with all home-made items! Wheat noodles, spicy sauce, with pickled vegetables with minced chicken that is topped with scallions and peanuts. Slightly numbing of the tongue but a dish I am proud of the results of. If you ever enjoy the more spicier food items then I highly recommend Dan Dan Noodles!

Today, I went to the Meat Rack! Met wonderful people and had some wonderful food and drinks, which concludes with me saying that I had an interestingly fun time. 🍪💚 Picture is from the Curry Shop which I highly recommend, sell great food and an arrangement of different ice cream options. Give it a try if you're ever headed to Meat Rack!

I'm beginning to strongly consider the idea a new friend of mine had pitched. Where I have a mini bake sale to the general Metaverse public. For it is a dream of mine to make baking and or cooking a set career path for me to choose! What do you all think? I'd love to hear thoughts and opinion as well as ideas on it! 🍪💚 Here's 1 example of something I could provide in a bake sale! Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cookies that I had baked last week!
