For dinner I had proceeded to take the suggestion of @travelingreunion . Which is Dan Dan Noodles! Quite a spicy Chinese dish that I had originally made into a vegetarian version. Here it’s made with all home-made items! Wheat noodles, spicy sauce, with pickled vegetables with minced chicken that is topped with scallions and peanuts. Slightly numbing of the tongue but a dish I am proud of the results of. If you ever enjoy the more spicier food items then I highly recommend Dan Dan Noodles!

I'm beginning to strongly consider the idea a new friend of mine had pitched. Where I have a mini bake sale to the general Metaverse public. For it is a dream of mine to make baking and or cooking a set career path for me to choose! What do you all think? This morning decided to make a special kind of pancakes, Japanese Soufflé Pancakes! I understand it is eaten as more like a sweet treat of a dessert rather than your standard breakfast, but I suppose you could state I woke up with quite the urge for something sweet and fluffy! Airy with a custardy texture, sweet, and wonderfully flavorful. I ended up topping it with a bit of whipped cream and fresh fruit among a final dusting of powdered sugar. Turned out great! 🍪💚

For dessert after my Italian meal, I decided to finish the night with home-made donuts that I had prepared yesterday. Quite fluffy and not too sweet! I ended up having a nice Chai Tea to go with it which ended up pairing nicely. Any treats you all are enjoying for tonight? I’d love to hear it! 🍪

I wanted some Italian tonight so I decided to make meatball soup! With the vegetables and pasta simmering in the nice savory broth I made turned out great, the wonderfully tender mini meatballs and hand-made pasta soaked it all in harmoniously, I'd say! 💚
