Had a breakfast dessert, baked a Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake this morning! A nice buttery, soft vanilla cake packed with rich, warm brown sugar and spicy cinnamon. The gooey cinnamon ribbons running through the middle of the cake as well as the sweet vanilla glaze on top that I ensured perfectly melted into the crumb. Despite how tender the crumb structure was, the slices I ate were light rather than heavy. Very delicious and I'll definitely save more for later and bake this another time in the future! May not be the healthiest but it's good to indulge in nice tender sweets at times! Hopefully you all had wonderful breakfasts, brunch, and or lunch! 🍪💚
