Today I had decided to bake some mini s'mores pies! These little mini pies are true s'mores, with a buttery mini home-made graham cracker crust, filled with a rich chocolate ganache filling, and topped with marshmallow fluff to round it out. Each bite was so very delicious and simply felt as though I'm right at a comfortable and cozy camp fire enjoying such a delicious treat! 💚🍪 It's very few ingredients and is easy to make too. 👍
