The weather is starting to grow cooler here, which means autumn is well on its way! I'm going to be very busy with crop harvesting haha. I thought I'd change it up a bit and post what I made for dessert today instead! Baklava! Actually my first attempt.

This morning I decided to make a spin on pancakes. Cannoli Pancakes! Which are fluffy ricotta-infused pancakes with classic cannoli flavors like vanilla, cinnamon, mini chocolate chip, and some added blueberries! My homemade Cannoli Pancakes turned out absolutely delicious with how creamy the filling is which leaves added maple syrup to not be necessary. The sweet, whipped ricotta filling absolutely mixes wonderfully to ensure it is not dry and bursting with deliciously non-overpowering flavors! 💚🍪

last night was, something. It was very chaotic, confusing, kind of overwhelming with creatures coming out during the blood moon. Was sad that happened to my friends, i believe there okay....i hope...i do worry..... I hope it doesn't get worse from here...🥺

Its amazing the path life can take you down. Prior to meeting this one I didn't have any strong feelings on Cubchoo. But I ran into this little one after her parents were sadly hunted by pouchers. So I personally took them in and well I've become smitten with my little sniffles. ♥️
